Led light driver failure symptoms
If the light-emitting diode on the LED light panel burns out, the light-emitting tube will look slightly black. Replace the original power supply with a normal power supply. If it does not light, it means that the lamp panel is faulty; replace the original lamp panel with a normal lamp panel. If it does not light up, it means that the power supply is faulty.
Measure the output voltage of the driver with a multimeter. If the tested value is the same as the one marked above, the driver is good. Otherwise, the drive is broken.
From the appearance point of view, if the LED lamp bead is broken, there will be small black spots on it. Generally speaking, the lamp bead is broken, and the whole lamp panel should be inserted and replaced with a new one. However, strictly speaking, the broken lamp bead does not mean that the driver must be good, but the probability of damage to a single lamp bead is relatively high. To make an accurate judgment, you can only use the instrument test.
The current power frequency power supply and common battery power supply are not suitable for directly supplying LEDs. LED drivers are such electronic components that can drive LEDs to work under optimal voltage or current conditions.
LED bulbs are generally multiple LEDs connected in series and then connected in parallel, generally around 12V. A single SMD LED is generally rated at 3.0V~3.6V, and the USB output voltage is around 5.0V. First look at the LEDs in the LED bulb, several LEDs are connected in series, and several groups are connected in parallel, and then the required voltage can be estimated.
