This Privacy Policy describes how Zhongshan Enjoy Led Lighting Factory ("Enjoy LED", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.ejled.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide. When you send us an inquiry or contact us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our servers and our content-delivery provider automatically record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and access times. This is used for security and to keep the Site working properly.
  • Cookies. The Site uses only essential cookies required for basic operation and security. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.

2. How We Use Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide quotations and customer service;
  • To perform and manage orders and business relationships you enter into with us;
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

3. Social Media and Connected Applications

Enjoy LED maintains official accounts on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and uses those platforms' official interfaces to publish our own product and factory content to our own accounts. These tools do not collect personal information from platform users beyond what the platforms themselves make publicly available, and we do not use them to track, message or profile individuals.

4. Google API Services and Google User Data

Our internal application, Enjoy LED Lighting, connects to Google services through Google's official APIs. It is used only by authorised Enjoy LED staff to manage our own accounts. It has no public sign-in, and visitors to the Site are never asked to connect their Google account to it.

What Google data the application accesses, and why:

  • YouTube (our own channel). We upload our own product and factory videos, together with their titles, descriptions and caption files, to the official Enjoy LED YouTube channel. The application does not read, collect or store data about other YouTube users, their channels, comments, subscriptions or viewing activity.
  • Google Search Console (our own website). We read aggregated, anonymised search performance reports for www.ejled.com, such as search queries, impressions, clicks and average position, to decide which product information to improve on the Site.
  • Google Ads (our own advertising account). We read keyword ideas and search-volume estimates to understand which product terms buyers search for. We do not access other advertisers' accounts.

How the data is stored and protected. Access credentials and the reports described above are stored only on our own internal systems, protected by access control and available only to authorised staff. Report data is retained for up to 16 months, matching the period Google makes available, and is then deleted. Video files are stored only for as long as needed to publish them.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share any data obtained from Google APIs with third parties, do not use it for advertising or profiling, and do not use it to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Revoking access. The application is authorised only by our own accounts. Access can be removed at any time from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions or from the user settings of Google Search Console and Google Ads, after which the application can no longer reach those services.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Questions about this section can be sent to [email protected].

5. Sharing of Information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site (such as hosting and content-delivery services), and only to the extent necessary. We may disclose information where required by law.

6. International Transfers

We are based in China and serve customers worldwide. By contacting us through the Site, you understand that your information will be processed in China and in the locations of our service providers, protected by the safeguards described in this policy.

7. Data Retention

We keep inquiry and business correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period.

9. Children

The Site is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
