Connect the live wire of the lamp and the incoming live wire of the receiver to the main live wire, the live wire of the fan to the outgoing live wire of the receiver, and the incoming neutral wire of the receiver with the common neutral wire of the fan and lamp. 

In this way, the live wire of the lamp is directly connected to the main live wire, and the neutral wire is also connected to the main neutral wire without passing through the receiver. The live wire from the fan goes through the receiver. The remote control cannot control the lights, only the fans. Since the fan lights in my house are mounted on the dining table, this result is acceptable. Of course, those who pursue perfection will directly change the receiver and remote control. 

If you change the receiver yourself, it is also very simple, because there are two incoming wires (live wire and neutral wire) and three outgoing wires (fan live wire, lamp live wire and neutral wire), just connect them separately. I attached a picture for your reference. 4. The black wire on the right side of the receiver is the incoming live wire, which is connected to the green main live wire, and the dark blue wire is the live wire of the lamp. These three wires are connected together. 

The light blue main neutral line and two white lines (one is the incoming neutral line of the receiver, and the other is the common neutral line of the lamp and fan).
