To reshape the space for industrial development, a good starting point is to revitalize inefficient industrial land. In Guzhen Town, 500 acres of low-efficiency industrial parks have been demolished throughout the year, and 457 acres have been demolished, with a completion rate of 91%, ranking among the top in the city. 5 projects in 5 villages are progressing steadily, and 3 villages of Haizhou, Cao Yi and Cao Er have implemented investment entities. Among them, the construction of Jialong Real Estate Technology Park of Haizhou Dahua's "industrial reform" project has started, and the first phase of the 130,000-square-meter workshop has been capped and will be completed by the end of the year.
