On November 16, Toshiba issued a price increase letter, saying that the price of Toshiba optocoupler will be officially increased in January 2022.

For the reasons for the price increase, Toshiba said that due to the rising prices of raw materials, logistics and other supply chains, the company is under increasing pressure in terms of profitability. Toshiba electronic components Co., Ltd. has been unable to absorb the increasing cost by itself, so it has to make a decision to increase the price.
