According to the "Shenzhen Lighting and Display Engineering Industry Association Group Standard Management Measures", the group standard "LED Light Strip Energy Efficiency Limit Value and Energy Efficiency Grade Specification" has completed the public consultation and technical review of the expert group, and is now approved for official release. The standard number is T/SLDA 004-2022, which will be officially implemented from May 1, 2022.

The standard is led by Shenzhen Lighting and Display Engineering Industry Association, edited by Lanjing Optoelectronics, Mingxue Optoelectronics, Scamp, China Test, Jin Dingsheng, Yufu, Guangshengde, Xinshengkai, Chengguang, Micro Technology, Rui Feng, Youyixiang, Ledimei, Shirui Technology, Kaiming, Aijia Lighting, Hengzhiyuan, Lingbenyang, Yuantian Engineering, Rishang, NVC, Seaton, Sanxiong, Chint, Tianjin University, Qingmei Daohe Planning and Design Institute, Chongqing Hanrun Lighting Design, China 15th Metallurgy, Shenxin Institute, Shenzhen General Institute of Architectural Design and Research, National Museum and other units participated in the preparation work.

Jing Fajun, the chief engineer of the association, revealed that the association is promoting the standard to pass the Shenzhen standard certification system. After passing the certification, the enterprise can obtain a subsidy of up to 200,000 yuan from the Shenzhen Municipal Government, and can also authorize the use of the "Shenzhen Standard Certification" LOGO on the product.

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, etc. for the energy efficiency of LED light strips with a rated power supply voltage of 250V and below DC or 50Hz or 60Hz AC power supply; suitable for indoor or outdoor lighting and decorative LED flexible light strips; not suitable for hard The quality circuit board is a lamp tube or lamp with a supporting base material, and a light strip with a flexible wire or a hard-stranded wire in series and parallel.

This standard regulates the type division of LED flexible light strips, and clarifies the marking of LED light strips on the basis of meeting the requirements of 21.6 in IEC 60598-2-21:2014. , white light, color tolerance, input power, sudden failure, fluctuation depth, initial luminous flux, color tunable light source, color rendering index, luminous flux maintenance rate, luminous efficiency and other technical requirements. Based on these requirements, the document gives the energy efficiency limit value, energy efficiency grade, and energy saving evaluation value of LED light strips.

This standard clarifies the general test requirements and environmental conditions of LED strips, and proposes test methods one by one for the above technical requirements.

The formulation of this standard will help guide the standardized design and production of LED light strips, help companies evaluate product quality levels, help market customers (consumers) measure product value levels, and play an important role in the economic development of the LED light strip industry. Actively promote the standardized, healthy and orderly development of the market.
