In terms of pre-trial business, it launched the national patent pre-trial management platform, implemented cross quality inspection by pre examiners, shortened the average pre-trial cycle to 3 days, and the one-time authorization amount reached more than 99%. In 2021, 1381 patents were accepted, 948 were authorized, 103 enterprises were newly registered, and 339 works were registered by the copyright agency. We formulated the work plan for the classified supervision of intellectual property credit in the ancient town lighting market and the classified supervision measures for intellectual property credit, issued early warning announcements for illegal agencies, and constantly standardized the pre-trial application.
In terms of rapid rights protection, there were 387 cases of patent administrative law enforcement, including 31 cases of administrative adjudication of patent infringement disputes, 9 cases of administrative adjudication and 20 cases of infringement adjudication. It has accepted 4311 online cases filed and reviewed by Guangzhou intellectual property court, 121 cases of entrusted mediation and 27 cases of trial.
In terms of protection cooperation, it has established a cooperation mechanism for intellectual property protection with five departments including public security, copyright and customs, and carried out three joint operations.

Second, give full play to the service function of the guidance station for trademark and brand cultivation, provide free intellectual property services such as trademark registration guidance, rights protection assistance and independent brand cultivation for key enterprises above Designated Size in the jurisdiction, and guide 9 enterprises to complete 25 trademark registration applications and 5 foreign trademark registration applications. A trademark business acceptance window was opened to accept 24 businesses, including trademark registration applications, changes and renewals, totaling 29.

Third, we promoted diversified dispute resolution, flexibly responded to the dilemma that the parties were unable to mediate face-to-face during the epidemic, launched online mediation, and successfully resolved 5 patent dispute cases. With the help of Guangzhou intellectual property court, we have set up excellent judge studios to optimize pre litigation mediation guidance, legal consultation and publicity training services. At the same time, it has established a litigation mediation docking cooperation mechanism with Zhongshan intermediate people's court to enrich the strength of Zhongshan intellectual property people's mediation committee to carry out pre litigation mediation.

We strengthened intellectual property cooperation and exchange, reached a framework cooperation agreement with Sun Yat Sen eye center of Sun Yat sen University, and successfully connected one patent technology project. Reached an intellectual property cooperation agreement with Sun Yat sen University of Electronic Science and technology, carried out patent evaluation on "smart lighting industry", and formed the "Zhongshan smart lighting industry patent analysis and evaluation report". Carry out a series of publicity on the theme of rapid collaborative protection, hold the 10th anniversary promotion meeting, release the top ten cases of the rights protection center, commend the top ten patent enterprises and top ten patent agencies of ancient town lighting, and release the trademark public welfare publicity film and trademark practice manual, so as to create a good publicity atmosphere for intellectual property rights.
